Pricing & Shipping

  • All product prices listed on our website include shipping costs from the United Arab Emirates to Egypt, as well as domestic shipping fees within Egypt.

  • There are no additional hidden charges beyond the listed product prices.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are not accepted once products have been shipped, due to the nature of our cosmetic items and for health and hygiene reasons.

  • A return or refund is only applicable in the following case:

    • If the product you receive is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

    • A brief description of the problem.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement product or a full refund as per your preference.

Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for any consideration of replacement.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in any case other than if the product arrives defective or damaged.
